The School Grounds

At the beginning there was a thatched roof, bare walls and a cement floor. Through God´s help and many little and big donations the school grew and nowadays we can speak of:

• ca. 11 hectare land with lots of green open space and buildings for about 800 students from different classes
• 2 rooms for computing classes with 19 computers
• offices for administration and coordination
• technology workshop with machines to work on for many different products
• a library with more than 9000 items as for reference books, audio-visual material, flash cards, games to learn etc. The library is daily visited by around 200 students and every month about 760 books are lent
• a big sports ground
• a laboratory for science, physics and chemistry with microscopes, test tubes, and dissection equipment
• a large auditorium
• different playgrounds for the different grades
• a vegetable garden

Planned and already completed extensions for 2008-2009

• to widen three classrooms for the 1st cycle (1st - 3rd grade)
• to widen a room in the kindergarten for the 2 and 3 years old
• new special rooms for workshop and art work and a new multifunctional hall
• a roof covered sports ground
