The instructors

The Centro Educativo Nandejara relies on a team of more than 60 skilled instructors from various nations that have completed a solid training in education. Moreover they are familiar with Christian principles and values that are based on the Word of God.

Our educators carry heavy responsibilities and daily face the challenge of their work to "sow truth with excellence and love". Often they are both counselors and tutors for their students. They are the essential link to the students as individuals to achieve a proper education through determination and commitment.

Teachers of various grade levels stay in touch with each other through their subject coordinators. Their duty is to supervise the progressive methods of teaching in a subject or a group of subjects.

During the year, professional development is always offered. Our educators are required to attend and subsequently improve their teaching skills and their knowledge through graduate and postgraduate university studies.

Annually the teachers attend conferences or courses concerning the teaching content or the grades they are teaching.
They also organize periodical meetings to exchange their views and to come to decisions in regard to institutional projects.
Last but not least our teachers receive spiritual comfort through optional devotional time. We also offer retreats especially arranged for our co-workers and their families for recreation and encouragement.
